LE PIGNATTE RISOLOLÌ 2-HANDLE NONSTICK ALUMINUM ROUND CASSEROLE WITH LID FOR INDUCTION: THE LE PIGNATTE LINE
With the new limited-edition Le Pignatte line, Risolì brings the ultimate in versatility to the kitchen for slow, even cooking, ideal for roasts as well as sauces and soups. Die-cast aluminum lids allow sauces to go on the stove immediately, with the heat spreading as it would in an oven and keeping foods soft and succulent. Risolì revisits the casserole tradition by using modern materials such as die-cast aluminum, not only for the lid but also for the base, coating it with PROFILE nonstick on the entire surface.
IMPORTANT: With its induction products, Risolì uses the maximum temperature of 4-5 in the power scale from 1-10 on the hob, an aspect that saves energy and avoids overheating the product's coating.
LIMITED EDITION
Here are the main features of the Risolì-branded Limited Edition Le Pignatte:
- bottom suitable for induction
- cast aluminum body and lid plus nonstick profile
- skin technology: interior and exterior protective coating with very high scratch resistance
- higher performance, easier to clean, lighter than cast iron, better performance, without the risk of rust common to materials like cast iron
- nonstick Profile, for unparalleled cleanliness and adhesion, all combined with almost diamond-like abrasion resistance, thanks to the presence of silicon carbide, naturally occurring in rock
- ease of cleaning thanks to Profile by Chemours nonstick technology, which is PFOA-free and highly scratch-resistant. Black bakelite knobs withstand up to 220°C adapting to all heat sources, including induction
- slow cooking: the lid made entirely of nonstick cast aluminum improves performance as cooking juices fall off hydrating foods, while flavors are enhanced and nutritional properties remain intact
HELPFUL TIPS.
First remove all labels, then take a paper towel lightly soaked in cooking oil and wipe over the entire nonstick surface. Do not overheat the casserole dish too much-a 5-minute preheating is sufficient. After about 4 minutes it is hot and ready to use. In the meantime, make sure the induction hob is clean and free of salt and/or debris that could scratch the hob.
After use, clean it with a mild detergent under warm water (we recommend GreenClean detergent), then dry it carefully with a clean cloth. It is possible to wash the pan in the dishwasher, but on a gentle cycle and with nonaggressive detergents; tablets are not recommended, as the machine may blacken the bottom of the product by oxidation.

PRACTICAL TIPS FOR PROPERLY USING PRODUCTS WITH NONSTICK COATING
Here are six practical tips for properly using products with a nonstick coating:
1. Before using the product for the first time, wash it with warm water and dish detergent. Wipe it dry and spread a coat of oil on the bottom, repeating this step occasionally.
2. Do not cut the food inside the product. It is advisable not to use sharp metal utensils, preferring to use wooden, plastic or silicone cooking utensils to preserve the nonstick coating.
3. Nonstick products are easily washed using a simple sponge and liquid detergent. Avoid using abrasive utensils such as scouring pads or wire brushes.
4. Never heat the empty product; use a heat source of a size that matches the size of the bottom of the product; center it on the heat source, a moderate flame is always sufficient; never char fatty foods.
5. Allow the product to cool before cleaning it: temperature changes can deform the bottom.
6. When the product is extensively scratched, our advice is to replace it, because it can no longer guarantee nonstickness during cooking.
