The Coravin™ system allows any wine to be tasted without removing the cork, thus preserving the bottle from oxidation. Spilled wine is replaced withargon, an inert gas that does not compromise the flavor profile of the wine itself.
The patented cap creates a seal in the system so that even months after the first use, the gas does not escape, up to 15 glasses of wine.
